Daily Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Assisting with service scheduling, payment processing, and customer file updates
  • Making outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are current

In this role, you will collaborate with your team to achieve monthly service center goals. Your proficiency in computer applications, problem-solving skills, and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience will be key to your success.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Able to commit to a minimum 40-hour workweek
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
