Highland Healthcare Center is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) specialized in Memory Care to enhance our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on providing exceptional care to our residents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and respectful care to residents and their belongings.
- Assist with meal delivery and provide feeding support to residents while ensuring hydration.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure proper care and respond to resident needs.
- Assist in repositioning patients in bed to prevent discomfort and bedsores.
- Monitor vital signs and patient behavior, promptly reporting any changes to nursing and medical staff.
- Aid residents with personal hygiene tasks, including showers and baths.
- Provide appropriate skin care and report any signs of skin issues or pressure sores.
- Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.

- A current Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Illinois.
