  • Make regular rounds to provide responsive care and service to residents, including turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient behavior, reporting any concerns to the nursing and medical staff.
  • Assist residents with showers or baths, providing proper skin care and promptly reporting any skin breakdown or pressure areas.
  • Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
Requirements:
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Illinois.
  • A professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care.
  • Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team that shares the same values.
  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant CNA program.
