Sierra Vista Behavioral Health Center is now hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to be the newest member of our awesome teamWe're a FIVE STAR nursing facility, and we were recently listed among Newsweek Magazine's "Best Nursing Homes in America." We have high standards for our residents and high expectations for our co-workers. If you're motivated, dependable, and kind, we want youHourly rate is $20.00-$22.00 depending on years of active/continuous certification. Position is benefit-eligible, including an array of health benefits and paid time off.Schedule is 2:30PM-10:30PM; rotating pattern of 4 days on / 2 days off.Are you ready to contribute to a team, committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to each individual's unique talent?If yes, how you will contribute to the team:As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes but not limited to:Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL);Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers;Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed;Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; andPromoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must Have:Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant programCurrent CNA certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learnNice to Have:Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceWho we are:Sierra Vista believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
