About the Position

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor at CCBS, you will work alongside a team of skilled clinicians, supervising Program Managers and Registered Behavior Technicians as they develop critical skills. This senior-level role requires high-quality, ethical supervision and programming, applying ABA principles to both clients and staff. Our ideal candidate is passionate about organizational behavior management and understands the importance of trust, respect, and quality treatment in achieving client success.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Program Managers and RBTs
  • Develop and implement high-quality, client-centered treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, Essentials for Living, and FBA/FAs
  • Apply ABA principles to staff development and training
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve client goals and outcomes
Qualifications
  • Holds a master's degree and BCBA credential
  • At least 3 years of experience in ABA
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Respects client dignity and utilizes person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming treatment methods
  • High regard for prompt and respectful communication with all stakeholders
  • Self-initiates and engages in continuous growth and development
  • Works well with others and fosters collaboration
  • Has a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Writes professionally and succinctly
  • Experience with various ABA procedures and data collection methods
  • Integrates behavioral skills training effortlessly
  • Monitors and adheres to administrative timelines and tasks
  • Holds self and others to high ethical standards
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive up to 40 miles a day
  • Clear background screening, TB test, and up-to-date immunizations
