Job Overview

Rocky Mountain Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual EI Service Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our Early Intervention program, you will play a critical role in supporting children and families with developmental disabilities.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality services to vulnerable populations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating services, developing individualized plans, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Essential Duties
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor Early Intervention services for children with developmental disabilities and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized family service plans, including scheduling home visits and finding early intervention providers.
  • Document progress toward established goals and ensure accurate reporting to EI Colorado via Salesforce/Unicorn.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with families, service agencies, and other stakeholders involved with the person.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Knowledge of community resources, policies, and history of EI systems at local, state, and national levels.
