We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As an Acute Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and evidence-based guidelines to provide exceptional patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
