Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our dialysis team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
