DaVita is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Owensboro, Kentucky. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our dialysis center.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and develop strategies to prevent and manage them.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of best practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
- At least 6 months of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
