Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of resident condition/changes and document findings.
  • Assure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts and identify significant changes in resident condition.
  • Oversee and monitor aides, initiate and complete Incident and Accident Reports per facility policy, and discharge residents per facility policy.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas in good standing.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is highly desirable.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
