Quality Assurance Process Analyst Job Description

At GovCIO, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Process Analyst to support our team in delivering exceptional IT services and solutions.

About the Role:

  • Foster documentation control activities and conduct annual audits on all support groups to ensure compliance with ISO 20000 standards.
  • Maintain process commonality to support process measurement, continuity, and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct internal quality management system process audits and serve as the point of contact for external audits.
  • Collaborate with Special Projects and Problem Management Support Groups to determine if project implementations or problem resolutions require Continuous Improvement record entries into the IQMS SharePoint Portal.
  • Facilitate Quality Management Reviews (QMR) on a semi-annual basis to review and validate the effectiveness, suitability, and adequacy of processes to meet business and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of QA experience or commensurate experience.
  • Able to maintain a public trust clearance.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 per year, reflecting market conditions and individual qualifications. This compensation package may include additional elements, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
