We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Sugarloaf Capital Buford. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to hotel management and department heads.
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and final bill preparation.
  • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
  • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints.
  • Process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.
  • Flexible overnight hours are required.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired.

Compensation: $14-$16
