We are looking for Full time and Part time Guest Service Night Audit Representatives who are able to work 11pm - 7am who is professional; you will be responsible for greeting guests in an efficient and courteous manner. As the first face that many see upon arrival, the Hotel Guest Service Representative checks guests in and out of their rooms, distributes room keys, answers all overnight questions and processes payments for hotel services, run night audit.

-This position requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability.

We are looking for a Hotel Guest Service Night Auditor Representative to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Hotel Guest Service Night Auditor Representative responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging and service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving. The primary responsibility of a Guest Service Night Auditor Representative is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, resolve challenges, uphold OCI standards, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

What you will be doing...
•Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
•Manage online and phone reservations
•Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
•Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
•Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
•Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
•Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
•Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
•Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
