  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and promote smooth transitions
  • Mentoring and coaching staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current RN license in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement state
  • CPR certification for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
  • At least 3 years of direct experience as a Registered Nurse in an ambulatory setting
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
