Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at La Hacienda de Paz. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents' conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to increase clients' independence and functioning.
  • Provide skilled, medically necessary speech and language therapy assessments.
  • Collaborate with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures.
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions and provide accurate and timely billing records.
Requirements:
  • Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
