Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with a General Contractor.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, although equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven track record of employment with a General Contractor.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively, often spending multiple weeks away from home.
  • Comprehensive understanding and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
