Position Overview:

As a Cashier at ClubCorp, you will play a vital role in managing food and beverage transactions, ensuring accuracy and excellent service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process food and beverage ticket sales while accurately collecting cash and member charge payments.
  • Report directly to the FB Director/Service Director, with additional oversight from the Club Manager and General Manager.
  • Verify initial ticket numbers and cash bank at the start of each shift.
  • Authenticate membership cards and obtain signatures for member charge transactions.
  • Maintain precise records of all member charge transactions and prepare cash in accordance with accounting guidelines.
  • Complete cashier close-out procedures efficiently.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
  • Assist team members and guests to uphold the standards of service excellence.
  • Address member and guest complaints promptly and effectively.

Team Collaboration:

Engage actively with fellow employees to ensure a seamless service experience. Be prepared to assist others as needed, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a hospitality or club environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding member information.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
