About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Lakewood, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with autism and their families, providing early intervention services that make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of specialists in speech, occupational therapy, and psychology.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
  • Apply ESDM-informed ABA therapy strategies to help children reach their full potential.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients, ensuring timely progress monitoring and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with families, offering guidance and support throughout their therapy journey.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Clear professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
