Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Lakewood, Colorado.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting.
  • They will conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, ABA, and psychology.
  • The BCBA will design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy.
  • They will be part of an interdisciplinary care team, working closely with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
