Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the renal therapeutic area, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of key performance metrics and dashboards to measure product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, patient services, market access, and medical, to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall product development and strategy, ensuring that the renal therapeutic area is well-represented and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support product development and strategy initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a strong background in product development and strategy.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform product strategy and development.
