Position Title: Pool Maintenance Specialist

Are you meticulous, self-driven, and enjoy working autonomously? We have a fantastic opportunity for you as a Pool Maintenance Specialist.

Position Overview: In the role of Pool Maintenance Specialist, you will oversee a specific route of swimming pools, ensuring that water quality, cleanliness, and facility upkeep meet the required standards. Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining pool hygiene, emptying skimmers, vacuuming, cleaning tiles and restrooms, disposing of waste, and blowing off the deck. Additionally, you will conduct minor repairs, complete daily service and safety inspections, and ensure the overall maintenance of the facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or relevant experience in the pool service industry is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train and certify the right candidate.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to pass a background check.

Essential Attributes:

  • Capability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming standards.
  • Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends.
  • You will be operating a company vehicle during your shifts.
