Responsibilities:
* Maintain the grounds and plant life on our properties, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and weeding flowerbeds
* Perform general janitorial duties, including property inspections and cleaning landscaping tools and equipment
* Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
* Inspect common areas and report deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
