Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team at Techtronic Industries North America. As an Engineering Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our engineering documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Engineering Change Notices to ensure timely updates to our documentation.
  • Create SAP documents for approved Engineering Documentation to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Work with Technical Publications to build Replacement Parts Lists and Diagrams to support our manufacturing processes.
  • Track and publish ECN status to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Must be focused with extreme attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with Engineering/Manufacturing Documentation to understand our processes and systems.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing product structure to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with TeamCenter and 3D CAD programs to support our design and development processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create and edit documents.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Oracle MRP systems to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Team Player with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team.
