Job Title: Valet Cashier

Job Summary:

The Valet Cashier will provide exceptional customer service and cash handling skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Process parking transactions accurately, collect payment, and provide a departing comment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Literacy and fluency in English.
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
  • Proficiency with customer Point-of-Service systems.
  • Excellent cash handling skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Presentation of a well-groomed professional appearance.
Physical and Mental Demands:
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Tolerance of extreme variations in temperature.
  • Ability to move quickly and respond calmly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Visual and auditory range must include immediate environment.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
