Job Title: Valet Cashier

Join our team as a Valet Cashier at Caesars Entertainment, where you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless parking experience for our guests.

Job Summary:

The Valet Cashier will be responsible for providing courteous, reliable, and efficient cash handling services in accordance with guest expectations and established performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel standards.
  • Demonstrate a guest-driven service style with a sense of urgency for accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Model the company core values and service standards.
  • Offer a warm and sincere greeting to all arriving and departing guests and visitors.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of the hotel's services, events, and layout to ensure guests are given complete and accurate information and directions.
  • Process parking transactions accurately, calculate fees, collect payment, and offer an appropriate departing comment.
  • Ensure the booth, equipment, and surrounding areas are clean, orderly, safe, and operating efficiently.
  • Submit complete and accurate reconciliation reports and all data required to assure proper billing and revenue accountability.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year in Customer Service
  • Literacy and fluency in English
  • Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
  • Must be proficient with customer Point-of-Service systems.
  • Excellent cash handling skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must present well-groomed professional appearance.
Physical and Mental Demands:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time (4 hours).
  • Ability to tolerate extreme variations in temperature.
  • Must be able to move in and around on the casino floor quickly.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and manage many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment.
