Key Responsibilities:
- Design and construct effective manufacturing testing setups, software infrastructures, and production workflows in partnership with hardware and firmware engineering teams.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to identify and rectify testing challenges.
- Examine and interpret testing data, generating technical documentation for engineering, production, and executive teams.
- Establish communication protocols for external devices utilizing Bluetooth, USB/HID, and UART technologies.
- Perform RF assessments and evaluate pass/fail metrics to guarantee product excellence.
- Develop and uphold standard coding documentation for automation and testing systems.
- Enhance workflows and elevate release quality through cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware and software evaluation, particularly in automated production settings.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with communication protocols, electronic hardware design, and RF measurement tools.
