About the Role: As an Education Program Manager at StraighterLine, you will play a vital part in connecting child care center directors and key decision-makers with our transformative programs. Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell online training programs to child care centers using modern sales techniques.
  • Prospect new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from decision makers, guiding them toward enrollment and helping them explore training options.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, SMS, and email.
  • Listen actively to understand the needs of early childhood education centers and demonstrate how our training programs can help meet their goals.
