Job Overview

Krista K Boutique is seeking an experienced and fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our women's fashion boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, develop strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth through personalized styling and product recommendations.
  • Store Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, receive and process deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Update visual displays, including store windows and overall merchandising, to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Event Planning: Assist with organizing and implementing store events, trunk shows, and other promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as fashion merchandising or business.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience, with a strong background in women's fashion.
  • Skills: Competent computer skills, strong sense of style, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
