About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at All In One Accounting. As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our small business clients by providing expert accounting services and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Design and deliver exemplary accounting services, including journal entries, bookkeeping policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to adjust client engagements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Become a subject matter expert in QuickBooks and leverage your knowledge to uncover issues and suggest improvement opportunities for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Accountant or related role.
  • Working knowledge or willingness to obtain knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop/Online.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit accounting.
