Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Oversee the completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Provide leadership to staff by identifying project team members' roles and responsibilities, leveraging their strengths, and offering mentorship
  • Oversee administration of construction phase procedures and documentation
  • Develop effective project directives, outlines, projections, schedules, and strategies
Requirements:
  • Commercial project experience, preferably in aviation or large commercial projects
  • NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
  • Experience managing a variety of consultants and contractors
  • Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules
