About the Role

Berliner Architects is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead our community-based design initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams from kickoff through design, documentation, and construction administration
  • Develop and implement sustainable design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project requirements
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and team members
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in architectural design, technical drawing, project management, and 3D modeling
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture
  • Strong technical working experience in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including graphic, oral, and written communication
  • Licensed Architect with the State of California
  • Preferred experience with the Division of State Architects (DSA)
