We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our full-time day shift team. This role involves a variety of handyman tasks across different facilities, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Light carpentry work
  • Furniture relocation
  • Minor plumbing tasks
  • Basic electrical repairs
  • Weather stripping installation
  • Masonry repairs
  • Painting and touch-ups
  • Flooring maintenance
  • Drywall patching
  • Repairing doors and windows
  • Ceiling tile maintenance

Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping maintenance areas and tools organized and clean.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Previous handyman or contractor experience is required.
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
  • Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to follow directions and listen to customer needs.
  • Compliance with any specific COVID protocols.
  • High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
  • Possession of personal tools and equipment.
  • A valid vehicle is required.
  • Capability to perform light electrical and plumbing work.

Physical Requirements: This role involves walking, standing, bending, reaching, and using various maintenance tools, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
