About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Advantage xPO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing preventative and repair services on warehouse machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Fabricate and weld sheet metal and pipes to support equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Calibrate and repair various gauges and instruments to ensure accurate readings.
  • Operate facility boilers and water systems to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical devices to identify and resolve issues.
  • Lift 45+ pounds as needed to perform tasks and duties.
What We Offer

As a Maintenance Technician at Advantage xPO, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $31.30 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with match, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, uniform allowance, and all supplies/tools provided.

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 7 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years of electrical/electronic and mechanical repair experience
  • Ability to weld
  • Willingness to work any shift
