Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user access and oversee the administration of user accounts within the manufacturing environment.
  • Facilitate annual reviews of user access to ensure compliance and security.
  • Conduct monthly preventive maintenance to uphold system integrity.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation support for all processes and systems.
  • Utilize GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience to maintain high standards.
  • Implement system backup and recovery solutions using Acronis.
  • Administer and manage VMWare environments effectively.


Required Qualifications
  • A degree in Information Technology (2- or 4-year).
  • Some experience in Information Technology within a manufacturing setting (recent graduates are welcome).
  • Local candidates are preferred.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is ideal.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Thin Manager, VMWare, HyperV, Domain management, and Acronis backup and recovery solutions.
