Job Summary

This senior-level position is primarily responsible for overseeing strategic data-driven initiatives, managing data collection and analysis on targeted variables in a systematic fashion, and preparing data for business intelligence efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue Professional Growth and Development

    • Build collaborative relationships across departments to foster open dialogue and knowledge sharing
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees
  • Manage Designated Units
    • Translate business plans into actionable goals and objectives
    • Communicate goals and expectations to team members and stakeholders
    • Ensure policies and procedures are followed and work assignments are completed
  • Develop and Implement Business Solutions
    • Partner with stakeholders to design, plan, and implement business solutions
    • Review and approve results to ensure consistency and coherency of output
    • Report key findings to senior-level stakeholders
  • Manage Data Analysis and Interpretation
    • Review findings and their application to contextual settings
    • Review insights, reports, and presentations to ensure a compelling story for stakeholders
    • Share insights with internal and external audiences
  • Manage Data Preparation and Execution
    • Integrate and consolidate data to ensure quality and accuracy
    • Approve process improvements and recommend system changes
    • Escalate issues to ensure remediation
  • Manage Strategic Data-Informed Decisions
    • Consult with senior-level clients and leadership to identify key business needs
    • Develop outcomes and process measures to inform business decisions
    • Review the impact of business decisions on clients, customers, and members
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
  • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years progressive corporate, non-profit, or consulting experience, including Minimum four (4) years in data analytics or directly related field
