Maintenance Manager

Leadec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards for maintenance and safety.

- Required to talk and/or hear in an office and industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment
Work is performed in an office and industrial-manufacturing environment with necessary time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
