nVent seeks a highly organized and strategic thinker as a Financial Operations Lead to manage our global finance functional analyst teams across all ERPs.
Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive ERP strategy with input from relevant stakeholders, drive change management, and oversee platform architecture.
- Lead a talented team of functional analysts, providing guidance on skill development, and working closely with PMO to track and manage resource capacity and utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective execution of ERP rollouts, focusing on stability, operations, and technical debt reduction.
- Demonstrate expertise in ERP delivery, preferably with SAP, Infor, or Oracle, and possess strong understanding of end-to-end operational process flows.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and location. The successful candidate must be able to travel internationally up to 1x per quarter.
