About the Role:

  • As a Brightline Community Based Therapist, you will support children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers using evidence-based approaches.
  • You will coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care.
  • You will complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline's standard of ethical care.
  • You will complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline's standards of care, tools, policies, and procedures.

About You:

  • You should have a passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families.
  • You must have unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) and be able to work without supervision.
  • You must be available to provide care within Brightline's peak hours (2pm-8pm) for a minimum of 5 hours/week.
  • You must have at least 3 years of experience practicing independently.
  • You must have expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT and Parent Management Training.
  • You must have experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting.

This is a remote, 100% teletherapy position. The estimated salary for this role is $51 - $71/hour based on location and internal pay equity considerations.
