Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and talented early career investigator to join our Gastrointestinal Oncology Service in the Department of Medicine. This physician-scientist will focus on patient care, research, and education for esophageal and gastric cancers, with a strong emphasis on translational research.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct translational research in gastroesophageal cancer, with a focus on biomarker development and laboratory research.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to advance cancer care and drive innovation in the field.
- Develop and implement clinical trials, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Provide exceptional patient care, with a focus on compassion, empathy, and expertise.
- MD and/or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., oncology, translational medicine, molecular biology).
- Strong passion for translational research and advancing cancer therapeutics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary Range:$70,000-$110,000
