We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in managing and administering our supply chain programs, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of products to our stores and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless communication.
- Support the implementation of our Supply Chain Management strategy, working closely with buying teams, carriers, and other relevant internal and external groups.
- Assist with testing and implementation of new procedures and systems, recommending process improvements as needed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with divisions and external vendors, prioritizing tasks and taking responsibility for results.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and interpret data, recommending a proper course of action to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including programming languages such as VBA, R, SQL, or Python.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
