Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the HR function at Berry Global Inc. This role will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee experience, and business partner operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and hire top talent to support business growth and objectives.
  • Employee Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
  • Business Partner Operations: Provide HR support to business leaders, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
