Peak Living, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Assist the Community Manager in hiring, training, and evaluating maintenance staff, as well as making recommendations for staffing levels.
  • Maintenance Operations: Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance for pools, parking lots, and building exteriors.
  • Customer Service: Respond to all service requests within 24 hours and ensure that common areas are safe, clean, and in good repair.
  • Quality Control: Visit competing properties to inspect the quality of maintenance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, educate staff on safe working conditions, and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and Peak Living's safe working conditions bulletin.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year as a Maintenance Supervisor with a professional management firm or six months as an Assistant with Peak Living.
  • Skills: Hands-on working knowledge of typical apartment maintenance tasks, leadership skills, and ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
  • Certifications: Basic knowledge of HVAC and CFC certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
