Job Summary

The Facilities Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our club facilities. This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for ensuring the club's interior and exterior are clean, safe, and sanitary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization on the interior of the club, including common areas and member spaces.
  • Ensure the immediate exterior of the club is clean and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete daily checklists of cleaning responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all club staff, members, and guests.
  • Stay informed about club facility concerns, including equipment issues and building maintenance needs.
  • Assist with projects and tasks delegated by club management, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as requested by Management.
Requirements
  • Meet local and state certification requirements.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Stand, bend, and squat frequently.
  • Push and pull cleaning and maintenance equipment as needed.
Meetings and Training
  • Attend monthly or weekly department meetings.
  • Participate in employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
