About the Role

In this exciting position as a Contract Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that contractors comply with all applicable contract clauses, statutes, regulations, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the review and evaluation of contractor compliance with all applicable contract clauses, statutes, regulations, and guidance
  • Monitor contractors to verify that they develop employee compensation and benefit programs that will attract and retain competent and productive employees
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in related field; degree in Human Resources preferred; Masters degree preferred
  • 7 years of relevant experience required; government experience preferred
  • Experience in supporting programs and/or projects with sufficient management experience and capabilities for evaluating, monitoring, documenting, planning, and coordinating contractor pension, savings, and welfare benefit plan changes
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $82,000 - $92,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
