Key Responsibilities:


The Sales Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in the Teknor Apex Commercial Team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.


Key responsibilities include managing assigned territories or groups of customers, conducting sales development work to grow the customer base in scope and profitability, and collaborating with functional areas to achieve successful outcomes for the business and our customers.


This position requires experience working with national and regional OEMs and processors across multiple market segments and applications.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial team's goals and objectives and will be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.


Main Goals:



  1. Manage assigned territories or groups of customers to drive sales growth and profitability.
  2. Conduct sales development work to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
  3. Collaborate with functional areas to achieve successful outcomes for the business and our customers.
  4. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
