Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Program Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our campuses in seven different school districts, ensuring continuity of services and building strong relationships with students, families, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outreach and support to students and families to ensure continuity of services
  • Support CIS students and families during staff transitions, ensuring they stay connected to CIS as needed
  • Manage referrals, obtain guardian consent forms, and assess student needs
  • Collaborate with school and district staff to support higher needs students
  • Coordinate referrals to outside providers and manage campus partnerships
  • Provide crisis intervention support and attend critical campus meetings
  • Communicate regularly with school administration and submit required reports
Requirements
  • Experience working with youth and vulnerable populations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Cultural competence when engaging diverse audiences
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Reliable transportation required
