Claims Team Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Supervisor to join our team at Dignity Health. As a Claims Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day supervision, support, and monitoring of the Claims Examination team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Claims Manager in providing analysis of daily claims compliance reports and prioritizing or re-prioritizing work as needed.
- Act as the Claims department subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with the Claims Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in claims management, with a strong understanding of claims processing procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
