You may also intervene with patients who have complex or high-risk psychosocial needs as assigned. Your duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with the Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.", "Qualifications": "To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing, a current license in the state of employment, and 2-3 years of acute care hospital setting experience. Care Management or Utilization Management experience is preferred.
