Hotel Front Desk Representative
Carter Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized and communicative Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in and out hotel guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
- Manage hotel reservations, including manually inputting reservations into the system and establishing relationships with online travel agencies.
- Perform daily accounting procedures, account billing, and reconcile invoices from third-party companies.
- Monitor hotel availability to avoid overselling rooms and provide excellent guest service to inquiries about the hotel property.
Requirements:
- A minimum of six months' experience working in a related field, preferably in hospitality.
- Reliable transportation and full availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (multi-lingual a plus).
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
