Key Responsibilities
Establish strong relationships with customers and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have sales experience, preferably outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing. A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is also preferred. Additionally, you should be interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs, possess organizational skills, be self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service, and able to work in a team environment. You must also obtain a Property and Casualty license as well as a Life and Health license.
